Oriental Zhongke announced that it has obtained a final ruling in the arbitration over the performance commitment compensation dispute related to its acquisition of 78.33% equity in Wanlihong. The fourteen respondents are required to transfer a total of 42.7973 million compensatory shares to the company, which the company will repurchase and cancel at a total price of 1 yuan, while also returning corresponding accumulated cash dividends totaling 7.2482 million yuan, and bearing related rights protection expenses and arbitration fees on a pro rata basis. After the completion of this repurchase and cancellation, the company's total share capital is expected to decrease from 298 million shares to 255 million shares. The ruling is expected to reduce the company's net profit for 2026 by approximately 620 million yuan, all of which is attributable to non-recurring gains and losses. The ruling has not yet been executed.
