Overview of A-shares Private Placement: 9 Companies Disclose Progress on Private Placement

According to Wind data, on August 18, a total of 9 companies in the A-share market released announcements related to private placements. Among them, 2 companies disclosed private placement plans, 5 plans were approved by the shareholders' meeting, 1 plan was approved by the exchange, and 1 plan was discontinued. From the latest private placement plans disclosed that day, Siling Intelligent Drive and Yingxin Development had the highest fundraising amounts, each planning to raise no more than 1.8 billion yuan and 1.779 billion yuan, respectively. Since the beginning of this year, 117 companies have announced that their private placement plans have been completed, and 39 companies have raised over 1 billion yuan. Specifically, Air China, China Shenhua, and Songfa Co., Ltd. had the highest fundraising amounts, totaling 20 billion yuan, 20 billion yuan, and 7 billion yuan, respectively.
