Zhongnan Culture Announcement: The company has added the acquisition of a 50.00% equity stake in Jiangyin Thermal Power based on the previous acquisition of a 57.30% stake in Sulong Thermal Power, thereby including the 50.00% equity stake in Jiangyin Thermal Power in the scope of this major asset restructuring transaction. Upon completion of the acquisition, both Sulong Thermal Power and Jiangyin Thermal Power will become subsidiaries controlled by the company. The company's stock will be suspended from trading starting from August 17, 2026, and it is expected that the revised trading plan will be disclosed within no more than 5 trading days.
