In the first seven months, Turkey's automobile production per unit decreased by 8.1% year-on-year.

According to data from the Turkish Automotive Manufacturers Association, automotive production declined by 8.1% from January to July, reaching 767,216 units. In the first seven months, automotive production decreased by 18.6%, totaling 424,667 units. Exports in the first seven months fell by 12.3%, amounting to 462,552 units. The export value in the first half of the year increased by 1.8% in dollar terms, reaching $23.9 billion. In July, motor vehicle production decreased by 19.2% to 103,817 units, with passenger car production dropping by 31.8% to 56,187 units. The export value in July declined by 6.8% in dollar terms to $3.5 billion.
