This year, the scale of refinancing in the A-shares market has exceeded 470 billion yuan.

Overall, the refinancing market has continued to heat up this year. According to statistics, as of August 17, there have been 186 refinancing projects launched this year, representing a year-on-year increase of over 50%. This includes 139 private placement projects and 47 convertible bond projects. The total funds raised from refinancing projects this year exceed 470 billion yuan, among which 7 projects raised over 10 billion yuan, and an additional 75 projects raised over 1 billion yuan.
