According to reporters from the Zhejiang Provincial Water Resources Department, the water level at the Bingyang Station in the Tiaoxi River Basin has fallen to 6.64 meters, which is below the guaranteed water level. The water level at the Jiaxing Station in the eastern plain of Hangjiahu is fluctuating at a high level and is slowly receding. Based on the "Emergency Working Plan for Flood and Drought Disaster Defense of Zhejiang Province," the Zhejiang Provincial Water Resources Department decided to adjust the emergency response for flood and drought disaster defense to level III at 8:30 AM today.
