The head of the Iranian Energy Optimization Organization: In the first plan, the gasoline price remains unchanged, but the total allocation limit is 121 million liters; once this amount is used up, the refueling stations will close. In the second plan, the daily production of 121 million liters of gasoline will be allocated to each vehicle, and anyone wishing to exceed their quota must purchase gasoline at market prices. In the third plan, gasoline quotas will be allocated to the public, with each person receiving 30 liters per month, and the transfer, purchase, and sale of quotas will be allowed.
