The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area has launched its first express train service to Zhenjiang.

On August 15, with the sound of a long whistle, a freight train loaded with auto parts and daily goods slowly started from the eastern intermodal hub in Guangzhou, expected to arrive at Shanghuang Station in Zhenjiang, Jiangsu, on the morning of August 17. This marks the official opening of a new logistics channel from the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area to Zhenjiang, Jiangsu.
