Zhihui Finance APP reported that Lide Education (01449.HK) announced that all conditions of the placement agreement have been met, and the placement agent has placed a total of 133 million placement shares. The completion is scheduled to take place on August 14, 2026. According to the terms and conditions of the placement agreement, the placement shares have been allocated and issued to no fewer than six subscribers at a placement price of HKD 0.265 per placement share, accounting for approximately 16.67% of the companys issued capital after the placement shares are issued and allotted.
