Sichuan: Layout and construction of computing clusters with a capacity of over 10,000 cards, exploring the establishment of high-security computing facilities.

Several policy measures for promoting the construction of a computing power network in Sichuan Province have been released. Among them, support for the construction of a ten-thousand-card cluster is mentioned. The focus is on attracting major telecommunication operators and leading model manufacturers to establish ten-thousand-card-level intelligent computing clusters in the core computing power area of the Chengdu Plain and the integrated development area of computing and electricity in the PanxiNorthwest Sichuan region, with the comprehensive application of policy tools such as finance, fiscal support, and green electricity to facilitate the implementation of large-scale and super-large-scale computing power facility projects; exploring the construction of high-security computing power facilities. Support is provided for utilizing tunnels and other available secure and concealed environments, actively introducing central state-owned enterprises such as major telecommunication operators, and exploring the layout of modular, green, high-density, and high-security computing power facilities. Efforts are being made to include related projects in national special support.
