Hysan Development Company Limited announced that for the six months ended June 30, 2026, the revenue was HKD 1.728 billion, a slight decrease of 0.1% year-on-year. The recurring core profit was HKD 1.049 billion, a year-on-year increase of 1.7%; the core profit was HKD 1.107 billion, up 7.4% year-on-year, mainly driven by fair value gains from the sale of residential units in Zhu Lin Yuan. The announced profit was HKD 73 million, a decrease of 2.7% year-on-year. Basic earnings per share were HKD 0.07. The Board declared a first interim dividend of HKD 0.27 per share, unchanged from the previous year.
