His original term was set to end on June 26, 2027. The resignation will take effect from the date it is delivered to the board of directors. Li Guanjun has completed the handover, and his resignation will not negatively impact the company's daily operations. After his resignation, he will continue to serve as an expert in the company. As of the date of this announcement, he holds no company shares and has no outstanding commitments.
