Currently, the ongoing heavy rainfall is having a persistent impact on transportation in many areas. In Beijing, Hebei, and three other provinces and cities, 190 sections of national and provincial highways have been closed for control. At the comprehensive scheduling command center of the Ministry of Transport, reporters learned from the road network center that as of 9 a.m. today, a total of 190 sections of national and provincial highways in Beijing, Hebei, Henan, Hubei, and Yunnan have implemented proactive closure and control measures.
