Beijing Junzheng (300223.SZ) announced that the company intends to repurchase some of its shares through a centralized bidding process, planning to use the shares for equity incentive or employee stock ownership plans at a suitable time in the future. The total amount of funds for the share repurchase will not be less than 100 million yuan and will not exceed 200 million yuan. The repurchase price will not exceed 220 yuan per share.
