The number of users of Zhipu API has approached 7 million, and over 50,000 domestically produced computing chips have been activated.

According to reports, the number of registered users on the Zhipu MaaS open platform has nearly reached 7 million, an increase of about 2 million compared to early July. This includes 23,000 enterprise customers. In comparison, the user count for Codex's developer product, ZCode, exceeded one million just one month after its launch. Since the beginning of this year, Zhipu's Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) has grown by 15 times. According to our understanding, the growth rate of Zhipu's ARR has not been affected following the releases of new models by Kimi and Alibaba. Some investors have disclosed that the current ARR has reached $2 billion, but Zhipu's official statement has denied this; sources close to the company indicate that the actual figure should be higher. On July 21, it was reported that Zhipu has constructed domestic AI computing power infrastructure with a scale of 1 GW. It is understood that over 50,000 domestic computing chips have already been activated to meet the increasing demand for inference. On July 31, the long-term Coding Plan from Zhipu, which saw a significant price increase, was opened for purchase.
