The Ministry of Emergency Management has initiated a Level Four Emergency Response for geological disasters in Hebei, Henan, and Hubei.
According to meteorological department forecasts, under the influence of this year's 13th typhoon "Bai Dolphin," areas including southern and central Hebei, Henan, and northern and western Hubei are expected to experience heavy rain or torrential rain over the next three days, with some regions facing extreme torrential rain. After a joint assessment with the Ministry of Natural Resources, it has been determined that certain areas in southern Hebei, southern and northern Henan, and western Hubei have a higher risk of geological disasters. In accordance with the "National Emergency Plan for Geological Disasters" and relevant regulations, the Ministry of Emergency Management has initiated a level four emergency response for geological disasters in Hebei, Henan, and Hubei on August 10.
