The typhoon "Baihaitun" made landfalls in Yuhuan and Leqing, Zhejiang.

According to the Central Meteorological Observatory, the center of Typhoon "White Dolphin," the 13th typhoon of the year, made landfall along the coast of Kamen Street in Yuhuan City, Taizhou, Zhejiang Province around 5:30 PM on the 9th, with maximum winds of level 14 near the center and a minimum central pressure of 945 hPa. After making landfall in Yuhuan, the center of "White Dolphin" re-landed along the coast of Wengang Street in Yueqing City, Wenzhou, around 6:40 PM on the 9th. The Zhejiang Provincial Meteorological Station advises that after making landfall, Typhoon "White Dolphin" will move through Zhejiang, with a wide range of strong winds and heavy rainfall expected to last for an extended period, potentially triggering secondary disasters such as mountain floods, geological disasters, floods in small and medium-sized rivers, and urban waterlogging. All efforts should be made to prepare for typhoon disaster defense.
