According to weather forecasts, affected by this year's No. 13 typhoon "Bai Dolphin," from August 9 to 11, there will be heavy to torrential rain in most areas of the Dabie Mountain region and southern Jiangsu along the river, with localized extreme rainfall, and the risk of mountain floods, geological disasters, and urban flooding is high.
