The typhoon "Bai Hai Dun" was located about 442 kilometers east of Wenzhou at sea at 17:00 today, with a high likelihood of making landfall along the coastal areas of Cangnan to Xiangshan from the night of the 9th to the morning of the 10th. Affected by this, moderate to heavy rain and some torrential rain are expected in Wenzhou city tonight, with heavy rain and some extreme rain on the 9th, and heavy rain to moderate rain on the 10th. According to the "Emergency Plan for Flood Control, Typhoon Prevention, and Drought Relief in Wenzhou," after consultation and assessment, the Wenzhou Flood Control Headquarters has decided to raise the typhoon emergency response level to Level starting at 18:00 on August 8.
