According to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's disclosure on August 7, Zhitong Finance APP has learned that Qinhao Pharmaceutical (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Qinhao Pharmaceutical") has submitted its second listing application to the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with Huatai International as its sole sponsor. Qinhao Pharmaceutical originally filed its application in January 2026, but the prospectus officially expired in July. The prospectus shows that Qinhao Pharmaceutical is a biopharmaceutical company founded in 2014, with a differentiated pipeline of innovative drug candidates developed around the RAS signaling pathway and synthetic lethality mechanism. The company focuses on developing potential best-in-class targeted therapies in the oncology field, with its pipeline including eight drug candidates. Among them, the core product GH21 is a potential best-in-class allosteric SHP2 inhibitor, currently in Phase 2 clinical trials.
