Data center operator Switch secretly filed for an IPO on the US stock market, aiming for a listing as early as November.
The Zhitong Finance APP has learned that informed sources revealed the data center operator Switch has secretly submitted an initial public offering (IPO) application to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, aiming to raise funds by tapping into strong investor demand for artificial intelligence (AI) themes. According to informed sources, the Las Vegas-based company may go public as early as November. Switch has hired Bank of America, Citigroup, Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan Chase, and Morgan Stanley to jointly lead the offering.
