The China Securities Regulatory Commission has approved Song Siying and Huiju Future Investment to become shareholders of Jinxin Fund with more than 5% ownership.

The China Securities Regulatory Commission approved Song Siying and Huiju Future Investment (Shenzhen) Partnership to become shareholders of Jinxin Fund Management Co., Ltd. with more than 5% of shares; there are no objections to Song Siying legally acquiring a capital contribution of 12.74 million RMB in Jinxin Fund and Huiju Future Investment (Shenzhen) Partnership legally acquiring a capital contribution of 4.99 million RMB in Jinxin Fund.
