China Aluminum Corporation announced that the profit distribution plan for the fiscal year 2025 was approved at the annual shareholders' meeting held on June 26, 2026. This profit distribution is based on a total share capital of 17,154,971,327 shares, with a cash dividend of 0.147 yuan per share, totaling 2.522 billion yuan in cash dividends. Among them, the total share capital of A-shares is 13,211,005,359 shares, with a total cash dividend of 1.942 billion yuan to be distributed to all A-share shareholders. The equity registration date for A-shares is August 13, 2026, and the ex-dividend date and cash dividend payment date is August 14, 2026.
