The National Energy Administration has issued the "14th Five-Year Action Plan for Electric Power Safety Production," which proposes to strengthen safety governance through "Artificial Intelligence +", innovate high-precision fault prediction and health management methods for equipment, promote the integration of artificial intelligence technology into intelligent safety tools, and research decision-making support technologies for electric power safety production based on large AI models. It emphasizes increasing independent research and development of key electric power equipment, enhancing the research and development of new protective materials, establishing special programs for technological breakthroughs in core components of electric power equipment, and promoting breakthroughs in key technologies such as electric power chips and ultra-high voltage components. It also encourages technological innovation in the safety and quality control of electric construction projects, researching the establishment of an intelligent supervision system for electric construction projects, and utilizing artificial intelligence, big data, and other methods to strengthen off-site supervision and quality oversight of key electric power projects.
