TSMC has made breakthroughs in next-generation technology, successfully developing high-performance monolayer molybdenum disulfide top-gate transistors in collaboration with the team from National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University, which helps push the limits of Moore's Law. The related results were published in the journal Nature Electronics.
