United Overseas Bank's net profit for the second quarter increased due to strong growth in wealth management services.

DBS Bank's net profit for the second quarter rose, buoyed by strong growth in wealth management and trade business. The Singapore bank announced on Friday that its net profit for the three months ending in June increased by 10% compared to the same period last year, reaching S$1.48 billion. Total revenue was S$3.6 billion, a 4% increase from the previous year.
