Zhiyuan Finance APP reports that China National Bio-technology Group (08247.HK) announced that on August 5, 2026, the company (as the investor) entered into a capital increase and cooperation agreement with the target company, Shanghai Jiangchu Technology Co., Ltd., party B Beijing Chenyimeng Technology Co., Ltd., and party D Pan Zhenhe (parties B and D are original shareholders). The agreement aims to acquire approximately 70.3% of the equity in the target company, post-capital increase, through a combination of share acquisition and cash capital increase. The total consideration for this transaction is approximately 164 million yuan.
