Zuxing New Materials: Acquisition of controlling stake in Zeming New Materials and capital increase

Zuxing New Materials announced that the company intends to invest an additional cash capital of 60 million yuan into Hunan Zeming New Materials Co., Ltd., and will simultaneously acquire 60.10% equity held by the original shareholders of the target company. After the transaction is completed, it will hold 60.10% of Zeming New Materials' shares and become its controlling shareholder.
