The U.S. Treasury Department has lifted sanctions on certain entities related to the Iranian Revolutionary Guard.
According to reports, the U.S. Treasury Department announced on its website on Wednesday that the U.S. has lifted counter-terrorism sanctions on two aircraft and three airlines associated with the Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps. The entities involved include: FLY BAGHDAD AIRLINES, Iraqi Airways, Baghdad Airlines, as well as the aircraft YI-BAF and YI-BAN. The three airlines were previously alleged to have ties to the IRGC's Quds Force, while the associated aircraft are linked to FLY BAGHDAD AIRLINES.
