TrendForce: The price increase of DDR chips is slowing down, and the momentum for NAND price rebound is insufficient.

According to the latest spot price trend report on memory published by TrendForce, the upward momentum of DRAM spot prices has weakened since late July, with prices for 4Gb DDR4 and 2Gb DDR3 increasing slightly amid limited trading volume. In the NAND flash sector, although the spot price of 512Gb TLC wafers rose by 4.55% this week, the momentum of the price rebound remains weak due to a lack of strong purchasing demand.
