The meeting emphasized that in promoting the rural energy revolution, it is essential to comprehensively grasp the relationship between stability and progress, establishment and dismantling, as well as short-term and long-term goals. It is crucial to firmly avoid engaging in detached and impractical image projects. Based on pilot practices, there should be extensive exploration of new models for construction and operation to promote the large-scale development and utilization of distributed renewable energy in rural areas, improve rural energy infrastructure, tailor the electrification equipment applications to local agricultural production, expand the coverage of rural charging infrastructure, and reduce the use of scattered coal in rural areas. The acceleration of the annual targeted assistance tasks should be prioritized, along with early planning for next year's assistance strategies and measures.
