(referred to as "Jiangxi Jinde Lithium"), successfully won the exploration mining rights for the Jiao Keng Tin-Multimetal Mine in Youdu County, Jiangxi Province, at a price of 25.01 million yuan. Recently, Jiangxi Jinde Lithium obtained the exploration real estate certificate (mining rights) issued by the Ministry of Natural Resources for the Jiao Keng Tin-Multimetal Mine in Youdu County, Jiangxi Province.
