Zhitong Financial APP News, Feng Assistant (301382.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Yaan Cloud Intelligent Computing Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Yaan Cloud Computation"), has signed a "Procurement Agreement for Computing Power Servers" with Company A based on the principles of equality, voluntariness, fairness, and honesty. Company A will provide computing power servers and networking equipment to Yaan Cloud Computation as required, and the information about the networking equipment and payment for it will be detailed in a supplementary agreement signed separately by both parties. According to the requirements of Yaan Cloud Computation, Company A will deliver all products in batches, with the total amount of the agreement being approximately 3.062 billion yuan (including tax).
