Zhitong Finance APP news, Hongji Group (02535) and the offeror WellLuck Limited jointly announced that the offeror has completed the acquisition of 780 million shares from WK (BVI) Limited on July 30, 2026, accounting for 39% of the total issued share capital of the company as of the date of this joint announcement, with a total cash consideration of HKD 70.2 million, equivalent to HKD 0.09 per share being sold.
