Zheshang Securities (000783.SZ) announced that the company plans to use its own funds to repurchase shares through centralized bidding, which will be used at a suitable time in the future for the implementation of the employee stock ownership plan or equity incentive. The repurchase price shall not exceed 14.01 yuan per share (inclusive). The total amount for the repurchase shall not be less than 100 million yuan (inclusive) and not exceed 200 million yuan (inclusive).
