According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Blue River Holdings (00498.HK) announced that on March 13, 2025, the subscriber (the company's indirectly non-wholly owned subsidiary Blue River Investments Limited) participated in the HCL rights issue conducted by HCL, whereby the subscriber subscribed for 246 HCL rights issue shares at the basis of one rights issue share for every two shares held, with a total subscription price of HKD 69.372 million. The subscriber paid the subscription amount of HKD 69.372 million in cash.
