Ningbo Construction: The amount of new contracts signed in the second quarter of 2026 decreased by 37.57% year-on-year.

Ningbo Construction announced that from April to June 2026, the company and its subsidiaries signed a total of 415 new contracts, with a cumulative contract amount of approximately RMB 5.648 billion, a decrease of 37.57% compared to the same period last year. Among them, the contract amount for housing construction was RMB 3.882 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 2.98%; the contract amount for infrastructure projects was RMB 1.301 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 71.28%; the contract amount for specialized engineering was RMB 145 million, a year-on-year decrease of 59.22%; and the contract amount for building decoration was RMB 319 million, a year-on-year increase of 104.18%. As of June 2026, the total number of new contracts signed for the year reached 803, with a cumulative contract amount of approximately RMB 6.706 billion, a decrease of 52.80% compared to the same period last year.
