New Stock News | Yisiwei Technology re-submits application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange
According to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's disclosure on July 31, the Beijing Yiswei Computing Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as Yiswei Computing) has once again submitted a listing application to the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with CITIC Securities and CITIC Jianjie International as joint sponsors. According to the prospectus, the company is a chip product provider in China based on the RISC-V architecture. RISC-V is a next-generation Reduced Instruction Set Computer (RISC) architecture, designed around the concepts of open-source, modularity, scalability, and high energy efficiency. The company focuses on the research and development and design of chips, chipsets, and/or boards, along with associated core software, using RISC-V as its foundational architecture, while outsourcing integrated circuit manufacturing, packaging, and testing to third-party service providers. According to data from Frost & Sullivan, by revenue in 2025, the company is the largest domestic provider of human-computer interaction chip products for smart terminals in China. The company submitted its applications to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on May 30, 2025, and January 30, 2026.
