Heilongjiang Provincial Meteorological Station continues to issue a red rainstorm warning signal at 13:15 on August 1, 2026: In the past 3 hours, some townships in Wuchang have received 50-150 mm of precipitation, and another 40-60 mm of rainfall is expected in the next 3 hours. The maximum cumulative rainfall is projected to reach 180-210 mm. Please take precautions. The government and relevant departments should perform their duties to ensure emergency responses and rescue efforts against the rainstorm; gatherings, classes, and business operations should be suspended; and measures should be taken to prevent and respond to disasters such as mountain floods, landslides, and mudslides.
