4211 people in Beijing have been restricted from riding shared bicycles.

On July 31, the reporter learned from the Beijing Bicycle and Electric Bicycle Industry Association that since the official implementation of the "Joint Restrictive Agreement on User Parking Behavior in the Beijing Area Internet-Rental Bicycle Industry," a total of 4,211 violators have been included in the joint restriction cycling list. Among them, since May of this year, a total of 191 individuals have been restricted from riding.
