Kyrgyzstan and Azerbaijan sign a treaty of alliance.

According to the news from the President of Kyrgyzstan's website on July 31, President Zaparov signed a treaty of alliance with visiting Azerbaijani President Aliyev in Cholpon-Ata, Kyrgyzstan. After a meeting with Aliyev, Zaparov made a statement to the media. He stated that the signing of the treaty of alliance is an important achievement of the leaders' talks and signifies the entry of cooperation between the two countries into a new phase.
