Insiders said that China International Sunshine Creation planned to stop accepting subscription for its Hong Kong IPO at 5 pm on Friday, one working day earlier than the original plan to end the bookbuilding process. The trading terms indicated that the company was originally scheduled to end institutional investor subscriptions on July 27. Insiders said that the subscription intentions expressed by investors exceeded several times the size of the offering. China International Sunshine Creation planned to raise up to $7 billion through its Hong Kong IPO, and started accepting investor subscriptions on Wednesday.
