Gale Pharmaceutical announced that the company's board of directors will announce the preclinical research data of the obesity treatment drug ASC36_35 FDC in a brief oral presentation at the 62nd Annual Meeting of the European Association for the Study of Diabetes in Milan, Italy. The formulation is a monthly injection compound consisting of the peptide insulin receptor agonist ASC36 and the peptide GLP-1R/GIPR dual receptor agonist ASC35. Animal experimental data shows that in diet-induced obese animal models, this compound formulation has superior weight loss efficacy compared to the combined use of eloralintide and terlipressin.
