Announcement of Can Investment Co., Ltd.: Shareholders Qi Guirong, Guan Xiaoqing, Huang Guojian, and Xue Shuhua collectively hold a total of 13.6761 million shares of the company, accounting for 4.47% of the total share capital of the company. Due to personal fund needs, they plan to collectively reduce their holdings by no more than 4.75 million shares from August 13, 2026 to November 12, 2026 through centralized bidding or block trading, which is not more than 1.55% of the company's current total share capital.
