ZhongWei Semiconductor releases automotive-grade MCU BAT32A257 and BAT32A259.

Recently, China Micro Semiconductor (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. announced the official launch of the new generation of Arm Cortex M0+ core 32-bit automotive-grade BAT32A25x series MCU - BAT32A257 and BAT32A259 series. The BAT32A25x series has a maximum clock frequency of 80MHz, complies with AEC-Q100 Grade1 standards, meets ASIL-B automotive functional safety certification, and can be widely used in mainstream automotive body domain control applications such as doors, windows, switches, lights, seats, instruments, sensors, motors, etc.
