Praeco: Subsidiary Obtains Approval to Produce Foot-and-Mouth Disease Vaccine Containing South African Serotype 1

On July 21, Plaico announced that its holding subsidiary, Pusen Biological Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd., recently received the approval documents for the veterinary drug production license numbers for two products: "Swine Foot and Mouth Disease O type, South African type 1 bivalent inactivated vaccine" and "Cattle and Sheep Foot and Mouth Disease O type, A type, South African type 1 trivalent inactivated vaccine" issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs. The company has obtained temporary approval for the two products, and has the production conditions in place. However, further procedures such as the issuance of the veterinary drug production licenses need to be completed before the products can be launched on the market for sale.
