Tsinghua Unigroup: Adjustments to controlling subsidiary equity transfer and related party transaction plan

Sugon Corporation announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Suzhou Sugon Digital, has changed the transaction party for the transfer of 65% equity of Sugon Ke Dai from Sugon Changqing to its holding subsidiary, Sugon Yunshu. The transfer price remains 276 million yuan. Sugon Yunshu is a holding subsidiary of Sugon Changqing, and this transaction constitutes a related party transaction.
