High-tech Bridge Announcement: On July 21, 2026, the company completed the significant and related party transaction to acquire all the equity interests of Haomin Investment Holdings Limited. All the preconditions of the acquisition agreement have been met, and the target company, Haomin Investment Holdings Limited, has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of High-tech Bridge. The seller no longer holds any direct interest in the target company. With this, High-tech Bridge now indirectly holds a 51% equity interest in Futoon Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd.
