Ministry of Water Resources: Nine rivers in Heilongjiang, Liaoning, Guizhou, Yunnan, and Guangxi provinces have experienced floods exceeding the warning level.

According to the Ministry of Water Resources, from 8:00 on July 18th to 8:00 on July 19th, due to rainfall and upstream water inflow, 7 rivers in China experienced floods exceeding the warning levels, including the Zhaoyuan River section of the Songhua River, the Xiaoliu River, a tributary of the Liao River in Liaoning, the Heie River, a tributary of the Wu River in Guizhou, the Bajiang and Heihui rivers, tributaries of the Nanpan River in Yunnan, the Mangshi River, a tributary of the Ruili River, and the Leili River, a tributary of the Yu River in Guangxi, with the maximum exceeded warning level being 0.75 meters; the Xiatu River and Muchate River, tributaries of the Ili River in Xinjiang, also experienced minor floods exceeding the warning flow.
