Flood control emergency response in Baise, Guangxi has been raised to level three.

The reporter learned that on July 19, 2026, at 4:50 am, the meteorological station in Baise City upgraded the level 4 heavy rain warning to level 3. Over the past 24 hours, there has been heavy rain to torrential rain in parts of Le Ye, Tian Lin, Xi Lin, Long Lin, Ling Yun, You Jiang, and De Bao in Baise City, with locally heavy rain. It is expected that from early morning to evening on the 19th, there will be heavy rain to torrential rain in parts of You Jiang, Tian Yang, Tian Dong, Ping Guo, De Bao, Jing Xi, Na Po, and other counties, with locally heavy rain; while other areas will have moderate rain, with locally heavy rain to torrential rain. In accordance with the "Baise City Flood Control and Drought Relief Emergency Plan," approved by the Baise City Safety Production and Emergency Management Committee, it has been decided to upgrade the level 4 flood control emergency response to level 3 emergency response from 5:20 am on July 19.
